My FCTG journey started in June 2018 when I went into novice training to become a travel consultant in store.
I was in the store for just over one year before my incredible Area Leader moved me to Online where I really found my feet in sales.
I was given the support, encouragement, and development leading me to find where my strengths lie. In March 2020, Covid hit us and unfortunately, in May 2020 I was retrenched.

FCTG is a special company and when the opportunity came along for me to return, I jumped at it. I am now happier than I have ever been in any role and sitting in an amazing team where growth, development and learning is a part of our everyday flow in the FCIU Air Support space.
