I have been in the Travel Industry for 22 years. My work experience started at Virgin Atlantic in the UK prior to moving to Flight Centre 19 years ago. I began my Flight Centre career at our Sandton retail store where I gained 10 years of extensive knowledge & experience. This eventually enabled me to open our first Independent brand. The highlight of my career was winning the prestigious Mary Harrison award as well as Top Independent Brand Globally, two awards that anyone who knows the Flight Centre culture will understand. I have been holding the title of General Manager of the Independent brand for 2 years and counting and hope to see the brand grow from strength to strength. I am very passionate about the brand and its offerings. We are striving towards our Independent brand becoming the ITC of choice within the travel industry.
